Who are you and what is your role in the band?
I am Todd. I do some vocals and play keyboards and guitar.
I am TK and I play Bass and do vocals.
How did the band get started?
TK: Ronnie Rogers (lead guitar/lead vocals), Scotti Montagnino (drums/vocals) and myself formed Black Glass in 2005.
Todd: I joined Black Glass in 2013
Who are your influences?
TK: Rush, Led Zeppelin, Boston, Iron Maiden, Pantera, Jaco
Todd: Journey, Rush, Ratt, Dokken, Kiss, Led Zeppelin, Whitesnake
What has been your most meaningful experience being in this band so far?
TK: Loyal fans! People who drive from all over to see us perform.
Todd: Being asked to join Black Glass was a meaningful experience for me. I’m now playing in a very talented band jamming with some really great guys. We have fun on stage as well as off stage too. This band is like a family, together with all our fans – one big happy family!
Favorite memory from a show you’ve played or a place you’ve travelled?
TK: Playing shows with Buckcherry, Steelheart, Steven Pearcy of Ratt, and so many others…
Todd: Opening for Buckcherry was great – and I love all our shows at Myrtle Beach, especially the Hard Rock Café at New Years Eve!
What do you hope to accomplish with your music?
TK: Continue to play and watch this thing get bigger and better.
Something about you that no one knows?
TK: Stage fright
Todd: I get mad at myself if I make a mistake while playing on stage. I don’t like to make mistakes.
What is next for the band?
TK: Wait and find out…..
