With more leaks than the Titanic happening on social media, it’s pretty clear that Guns N’ Roses will be headed to Sin City this May. The Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Las Vegas, whose Facebook page currently features the GNR logo next to “COMING SPRING 2014″ and urges fans to “Text GNR to 97580 to be the first to hear the big news.”
We did just that and haven’t received any “BIG NEWS” via email (which was required after several back/forth text from the GNR text robots) but the last text assured us we “will be the first to hear news and pre-sale info about GNR at The Joint!”
With all of the tweeting and posting going on, we kinda have it figured out, so we’re not refreshing the “inbox” page – let’s put it that way.
The venue is also spreading the news via billboard and trying to generate excitement with the #GNRVegas hashtag on Facebook and Twitter.
Although no official band releases have been made, the definitive GNR board, MyGNRForum says the band will be back at the Hard Rock between May 21 and June 7, with an announcement coming February 10 and tickets going on sale February 14.
If so, that means Guns N’ Roses will be heading straight to Sin City from their stint at the 2014 Rock On The Range which is May 16-18th in Columbus, Ohio.
