LAMB OF GODÂ have found a distributor for their new feature film “As The Palaces Burn,” and have announced a worldwide debut date of February 27,2014!
What began as a documentary to show the power of music; its impact on cultures around the world and its ability to bring together people of all nationalities, the film took a major left turn when the band’s lead singer, Randy Blythe, was arrested in the Czech Republic and charged with the murder of a fan in June 2012.
Granted unique access, Director Don Argott’s filming covered Blythe’s 38-day imprisonment in Prague, his release and the band’s return to live performances, and finally Blythe’s trial for murder in Prague in February 2013.

This is going to be a must-see film for not only Lamb of God fans, but music lovers in general (regardless of genre), as what happened to Blythe woke up the industry worldwide and artist’s rights issues were front and center on the courtroom stage for all to see.
We all watched the heartbreaking saga of Randy Blythe – rooting for his exoneration.  If the emotional snippets of interviews on the trailer are any indication of what this film has to offer, then this is going to be one amazingly privileged look inside the band’s world during the roller coaster ride from hell that all of them went on together.
