One of the most unique bands to hit the California metal scene, Zeistencroix has been pulling the audience into a whole new kind of music. Founded by frontman Orlando OD Draven and drummer Santi Rivillas, with the live addition of Zander Reddis, this theatrical ensemble is eager to bring their post industrial noir sound to the masses.
Zeistencroix’s sound blends post industrial noir rock with electronica, punctuated by unorthodox syncopated drums. However, the most audibly-catching aspect of the music are the vocals- Orlando is the first American singer in the metal genre that can do true throat singing, an unbelievable use of the vocal cords to create sound vibrations. The sound is so powerful that you could literally feel it in your chest!
The band’s last live engagement before immersing themselves in the studio creative process was captured on film by Vicente Cordero | Industrialism Films and transformed into a music video. The video features the song “Valley of Death”, captured at a Los Angeles performance.
