Interview: Dez Fafara talks European tour and Outlaw Country

When you think of Dez Fafara, many things come to mind: DEVILDRIVER, Coal Chamber, and some serious ink. Did you ever think that Outlaw Country would be one of those things? Well my friends, it’s time to strap on some shit kickers and get some brass knuckles because you are about to be in for the ride of your motherfucking lives. Later this year, Devildriver is going to deliver covers of some of the best Outlaw Country by the artist who first taught us how throw down the old school way. Oh, but they’re not alone; many special guest will be appearing on this album, and after you listen to this interview you will hear that this concept was so popular that there were several artist they had to turn away because all the spots were filled. Never fear! You will also learn that where there is a Volume I, there usually a Volume II.

As well as a new album, the road warriors themselves will be visiting their fans oversees in support of their latest album Trust No One, making stops at many of the festivals Europe has been known for throughout the history of metal.
