Interview: Dez Fafara of DevilDriver

DD2

DevilDriver may be a Groove Metal band from laid back Southern California, but laid back is anything but their style.  Coming off of a whirlwind of a 2016 that included tours with HateBreed, Incite, Hemlock and many more, 2017 does not show any signs of slowing down.  Sure they took January off, but damn let these guys breathe a little, from the conversation I had with vocalist Dez Fafara January might be their only break.  Before they embark on the Bound by the Road Tour with Death Angel, which kicks off February 8th in Santa Anna, CA they will be climbing on a big ass ship bringing Metal to International waters.  DevilDriver is excited to be apart of this years 70,000 Tons of Metal cruise.  Its almost like a little bit of a work vacation before jumping back on land and hitting the road.  Honestly I think they are going to try and book travel on every means of transportation they can as Dez revealed in our interview that they will be spending some time with their fans across the pond.

Hell enough with my mindless babble listen in as Dez Lets you know whats happening for himself.

Also Be on the look out for a follow up with Dez Fafara as we discuss his 70,000 Tons of Metal experience
