One of the most unique and explosive bands to hit the Southern California scene, Zeistencroix is a post industrial noir band from Los Angeles. ZX was founded by Orlando OD Draven (Vocals-Guitar and songwriter) and is formed by him and Santi Rivillas (Drums). “Orlando’s the first American singer in Metal genre that can do an unbelievable use of the vocal chords to create sound vibrations (Throat Singing). You could literally feel them in your chest!” Write’s the band’s official Facebook page. Zeistencroix’s sound blends post industrial noir rock with electronica, punctuated by unorthodox syncopated drums and a songwriter unique ability to produce vocal sound vibrations via throat singing.
The live set-up was joined by female bassist Zander Reddis, of Sixes and DIM7, playing splendidly alongside Orlando and Santi! The show featured a brilliant use of light and fog, creating an atmosphere and ambiance that embodied the melodies. Despite some technical difficulties at that particular venue, the show featured some of the most passionate performance I had ever personally witnessed! Zeistencroix put their all into the live shows!
Our photography Anabel DFlux was there to capture all of the action!
