Over 55,000 rock fans showed up for a sold-out, rain-or-shine event in Kansas City, MO known as 98.9 The Rock’s Rockfest. The 22nd annual concert at the Liberty Memorial showcased an incredible line-up of bands, including headliners KORN. RockRevolt Magazine rain-soaked photographer, Thomas Woroniak, was there in the muddy pit to capture all the headbanging awesomeness!

Originally from Rockford, IL, this veteran concert photographer has earned his stripes, shooting thousands of shows through the years. He’s been featured in many regional magazines and newspapers in and around Kansas City, MO, where he now resides. When he’s not at a show, Thomas is a web developer, motion graphics designer and 3D animator at some “other job” somewhere. He won’t tell us in fear that we’ll prank call him.
