The collective members of As I Lay Dying have released an official press statement about their band mate, Tim Lambesis, one day after his arrest surrounding the accusations of him hiring a professional hitman to kill his estranged wife.
The statement was distributed to the media via a spokeswoman for indie label Metal Blade Records.

As we post this, the legal process is taking its course and we have no more information than you do. There are many unanswered questions, and the situation will become clearer in the coming days and weeks. We’ll keep you informed as best we can.
