LIVE PICS: MESHUGGAH & BETWEEN THE BURIED AND ME

POP’S NIGHTCLUB & CONCERT VENUE - SAUGET, IL - 06/14/2014

Bringing sonic destruction to the masses, MESHUGGAH led an all-out aural assault on the senses at Pop’s Nightclub and Concert Venue in Sauget, IL, melting faces and disrupting synaptic connections as they celebrate 25 Years of Musical Deviance. Direct support was provided by Between the Buried and Me, as they mesmerized the crowd with a short, five song set which lasted over an hour, blurring the lines between time and space as they once again establish themselves at the top of the progressive melodic metal genre. RockRevolt Magazine’s resident camera sniper, Thomas Woroniak, was there in the trenches taking aim and capturing a few moments from the evening’s performances.

About Thomas Woroniak (83 Articles)
Originally from Rockford, IL, this veteran concert photographer has earned his stripes, shooting thousands of shows through the years. He’s been featured in many regional magazines and newspapers in and around Kansas City, MO, where he now resides. When he’s not at a show, Thomas is a web developer, motion graphics designer and 3D animator at some “other job” somewhere. He won’t tell us in fear that we’ll prank call him. Thomas has jumped in with both feet at RockRevolt, helping with editing of photos and teaming up with writing partner in crime, Bradford, to cover shows far and wide for RockRevoltMagazine.
