The Noise presents: The Sonic Unrest Tour, showcasing Periphery w/ SikTh, Chon and Toothgrinder, came to it’s final stop and kicked off Labor Day weekend in downtown Baltimore on Thursday, September 1, 2016, at Baltimore Soundstage.
The venue was a packed house, and Periphery had everyone rocking. The barricade-less pit had crowd surfers landing on stage and jumping back into the crowd. The progressive metal band opened with 2012 hit “Scarlet” and played fan favorites such as “Luck As A Constant”, “The Bad Thing”, and “Make Total Destroy”. The band recently released a new album on July 22, 2016 called Periphery III: Select Difficulty. The majority of the songs played were from the new album, such as “The Way The News Goes”, “Marigold”, “Remain Indoors”, and “Flatline”. They closed out the night with a 3 song encore “4 Lights”, “Strange Things”, and “Lune”. Next, the band heads to Alberton, South Africa to play Krank’d Up Music Festival on Sept. 24.
