Citizen Zero’s new album, State of Mind, released into the world last month, and it is different from any music out right now. The vocals are full of energy, power, and passion. The riffs and all the music in this album are catchy and full of life. The title track, “State of Mind”, has a blistering solo that embodies everything this album is about. Not only does this song stand out as the title track, but out of all the reviews I’ve done, it’s probably the most fun song I have listened to. This whole album tells a story and takes the listener on a journey. This band reveals personal things about themselves within their art. It is definitely something that you don’t hear or see anymore. A throwback style album, and very enjoyable to listen to, please go out and buy this album and support Citizen Zero. This is the music that we have been waiting for and definitely need in the rock community.

4. “State of Mind” – The title track is a song full of energy and passion which will go over extremely well in concerts thanks to the amazing riffs and lyrics to the song.

5. “Come Away” – Rock and roll has been lacking quality ballads, but this song definitely gives you a sense of what we all expect and need to hear within this music we love so much.
