motor sister

When the two of you are not on tour or making music, which I’m sure consumes most of Follow Motor Sister
your lives, what are you doing?
Pearl: Being a mom and dad to our amazing son.

Sports fans at all? Scott you must be a New York fan? Follow the band!
Scott: Yeah but years ago professional sports lost me in general, I was just over it. I really
didn’t care anymore. The way sports were growing up in the 70’s into the 80’s, I don’t know Scott Ian
maybe it was the same then just being about the money and as I kid I just didn’t realize as
much, I don’t know sports just kind of lost me at some point in the 2000’s I just stopped
giving a shit truthfully because I felt like the players didn’t give a shit either. It didn’t matter to
them, just as long as they were getting paid. There are a few exceptions to that rule obviously, Pearl Aday
there will always be a guy like Derek Jeter, Randy Johnson or guys like that I truly believe
who’s hearts were in the game. But in general professional sports I just got bored with them.
Any final words about Motor Sister, why should people buy the record, anything else you
would like to add?
Scott: It’s better than sports (laughs). Rock is greater than sports, I never got disillusioned Jim Wilson
with rock music. It’s a kick ass record, like I said earlier, not being a wise ass, if you like good
music you will like this. I break music down into two categories, good and bad, that’s it. I
either like it or I don’t. I don’t really worry about genres too much. This is a rock record,
a great rock record, it kicks ass, It’s not my songs, it’s not like I’m being immodest about it,
these are not my songs I could look at it just strictly from a fans point of view and say this is Joey Vera
a great rock record.

Pearl: I agree, what he said. Johnny Tempesta

Thank you for your time.
Scott and Pearl: Thank you.
