What in the hell is this all about? I’m sure that’s the question zipping through your brain right about now. Well, the band got together and recorded four new tracks for the upcoming soundtrack for the Netflix flick The Dirt, which of course chronicles the life and times of these long-time hard rockers.
The flick hits Netflix on March 22nd – and the soundtrack drops that same day. The soundtrack is more or less a greatest hits copulation featuring 14 well-known Crue tracks and then as I mentioned – four brand new songs – The Dirt (Est. 1981), Ride With the Devil, Crash and Burn, and the track you just played, the remake of Like A Virgin.
So, what do you think? The track seems to be getting a bit of a luke-warm kick off with fans, a bit puzzled by the choice but I’ve got to admit – I’ve given it an afternoon of listens and – it’s kind of grown on me.
Regardless of your thoughts on the track – The Dirt is a must view event when it hits Netflix next week. March 22nd – time to get raunchy!
