Director Joe Dante – who any self respecting horror fan knows from Gremlins and Scream Queen Danielle Harris who of course has shown up a number of times throughout the Halloween franchise – as well as a handful of other horror flicks, are joining forces for something called Camp Cold Brook.
It’s important to note that Dante will not be behind the camera for this little foray, that task has been handed off to Andy Palmer who was the director of last years very popular The Funhouse Massacre – Mr. Dante will be handling the producer end of things and that is all good! Obviously, Ms. Harris will be starring.
Here is the storyline:
“Reality TV producer and host Jack Wilson (Chad Michael Murray) finds himself in a tough spot when his show is about to be canceled. In a last ditch effort to spark ratings, he and his producer Angela (Danielle Harris) choose to film their next episode at the legendary Camp Cold Brook, which was host to a horrific incident where the young campers were drowned in a nearby creek 20 years ago. Their arrival begins like any other episode but the TV crew finds that they get more than they bargained for.”
