The Brazilian band Tihuana formed in 1999 in São Paulo City. Comprised of Egypcio (Singer), Román (Bass Player), Léo (Guitarist), P.G. (Drummer) and the new percussionist, Fouad, this band is a no holds bar kind of group, offering something fresh to the palate of the rock connoisseur. The band's music has a great varied array of influences, ranging from Alternative Rock, Ska, Reggae, Punk Rock, Rapcore, Latin Music, and more.
Hell or Highwater, the Orange County rock band founded by Atreyu's Brandon Saller, is the project that keeps Saller stimulated and creative. They tore apart the UPROAR Festival this past summer, and this year they continue building on that momentum, as they tour alongside The Darkness. RockRevolt Magazine was fortunate to squeeze in a quick interview with Brandon while he pushes forward on the last leg of this tour.
With Atreyu on what is seemingly an indefinite hiatus and with none of these “Surprise, we’re back” tours that always spread like a plague amongst bands that just can’t call it quits, drummer Brandon Saller has gone out on his own and created new band: Hell or Highwater. They’ve taken what his previous band started, and rocktified the shit out of it on debut album Begin Again.
