97.1 The Eagle Presents the 25th Anniversary of Edgefest

EDGEFEST 2017 featuring Blink-182

The double-staged, day-long concert will feature an all-star lineup including Blink 182, The Offspring, 311, Chevelle, The Toadies, Naked and Famous, The Nixons, Lit, Goodbye June, Black Pistol Fire, Dreamers, Missio, Badflower and The Wrecks. For the past 25 years, Edgefest has been Dallas’ premier rock festival and has helped launch the careers of artists such as Pearl Jam, Beck, twenty one pilots, Seether, Bush and The Black Keys. This year the event will feature several Edgefest alumni and a special reunion of The Nixons, whose original band members haven’t played together in over 15 years.

“This year’s Edgefest has one of the strongest lineups we’ve ever had, with a variety of established and rising star artists,” said Patrick Davis, Regional Senior Vice President of Programming for iHeartMedia Dallas. “As a nod to the 25th anniversary of the show, we are pleased that several of these Edgefest alums are back to celebrate with us.”
